We used CHE to add an extension to our home. As this was a first huge project not everything was smooth sailing but Alvin and his team helped us reach our goal. Emily was amazing to deal with and always got back quickly with any questions we had. Only reason for the 4 star rating was we had a few problems with the painters, having to come back a few times to fix up some imperfections, otherwise we are very happy with the work that we had done.

Communication throughout the entire process was on point! We were kept across all major milestones and most of the back and forth with other parties was handled entirely for us.
The absolute key standout for myself and my family was that the work could be done (safely) while we were still living in our home. We knocked down walls, extended a room even replaced a wall with a new ranch slider and deck. A toddler and a cat could remain in the house throughout thanks to the processes, experience and cleanup that the team employed.
Great group to work with, if you value quality, clear communication and safety then it's a no brainer in my opinion. You definitely get what you pay for!

The original plan for David & Philippa’s bungalow in Mt Albert was to complete a second level addition to give them a master suite and small living area.
