STEP 01

SHARE YOUR VISION

Tell us what’s not working in your home, how you want to live, and what you hope your space will look like once our team completes your project. After we have spoken for the first time, Emily will organise a time to visit your home and walk through your property with you. If you have a partner, we highly recommend they join us.

Having both of you present ensures everyone’s priorities, lifestyle needs, and ideas are captured. Together, you’ll discuss ideas, explore practical options you may not have considered, and weigh the pros and cons of different approaches.

By the end of this no-obligation visit, you’ll have a clear understanding of what’s possible, an indicative budget, and a realistic sense of next steps.
STEP 02

DESIGN WITH CONFIDENCE

This is where your vision really starts to take shape. You and your partner, if relevant, will meet with our company director Alvin and our personally recommended architectural designer to refine your needs and wants. We strongly encourage both of you to attend, as it helps ensure that the final concept reflects your shared priorities and lifestyle.

Once you’ve confirmed that you’re happy to proceed with our fixed price for concept drawings, we’ll get them underway. This is a super exciting moment, as it’s the first time you’ll see your vision on paper. Two revisions are included so you can tweak the plan until it perfectly reflects your needs, wants, preferences, and lifestyle.

After the concept is finalised, we’ll prepare a detailed 33 plus page cost indication. Alvin, our quantity surveyor Amanda, our plumber, and electrician will visit your home to ensure every detail is captured. Within three to five weeks, Alvin will personally present the price, which will be within 10 percent of your final fixed price, giving you complete clarity before moving on to the detailed documentation stage.
STEP 03

APPROVALS MADE SIMPLE

You won’t need to worry about paperwork, consultants, or council requirements. All detailed documentation will be submitted on your behalf, and we manage communication with council every step of the way, only involving you when necessary.

One of the benefits of working with a one-stop shop like us is that construction can typically begin within two to four weeks of consent being granted, thanks to our hands-on approach and streamlined process.
STEP 04

BUILD & ENJOY

Move into construction with complete peace of mind. Our experienced team manages every detail, from trades and timelines to site logistics such as skip bin placement for maximum efficiency. You won’t have to lift a finger unless you want to.

During your build, you’ll have 24/7 access to our dedicated project management software, weekly progress reports, and direct contact with Alvin. You’ll always know what’s happening, be able to make informed decisions quickly, and avoid unnecessary stress.
Because of the level of detail we go into with our pricing, you’ll know exactly what has been included and excluded. Barring anything truly unforeseen, there will be no reason for a budget blowout, giving you full confidence from start to finish.

By the time your home is complete, you’ll be able to step inside and fully enjoy your new space without stress, budget surprises, or lingering frustrations from poor workmanship or uncoordinated trades. With everything managed end to end, the experience of building with us is smooth, enjoyable, and completely worry free, leaving you free to focus on living in and loving your home.
